The website provides general information about SmartMBX services and product direction. No website statement creates a client relationship, guarantees recovery, promises an integration or changes a signed agreement.
Education, not claim advice
Workshop, chatbot, demo, articles and examples are general educational materials. Validate coding, payer, compliance, contractual and legal decisions against current authoritative sources and qualified professional judgment.
Synthetic demonstrations
The IRIS demonstration uses generated information and simulated functions. It is not a live EHR, payer connection or production deployment. Actual functions depend on written scope, systems, permissions, security controls and validation.
Pricing
Public prices are starting points or defined offers. Eligibility, exclusions, third-party fees, responsibilities and final terms are controlled by the signed agreement. No recovery means no SmartMBX recovery fee only where the written A/R Recovery agreement says it applies.
Acceptable use
Do not use the site to upload patient information, probe security, impersonate another person, interfere with service or send unlawful or abusive content.
